A journey through the wine-growing tradition of Gallura is a
journey across Mediterranean scrubland and sea where granite stones
emerge moulded by north-west winds. It is a journey among pure,
intense, persistent fragrances of the vegetation that has always
faced the harshness of summer, winter winds, and pulls energy
from warm and flowering springtime days.
It is on this granite land scourged by north-west winds that
the Vermentino vine meets its natural environment and develops
its character.
And on these soils gently touched by warm and rich sea winds the
strong Carignano vine grows enriching with intense and persistent
scents.
