Code for the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will be treated in compliance with the regulations in force for carrying out the orders, the provision of services for which the registration is intended and for other purposes indicated in this document, treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy.
Treatment methods include the use of manual, informatic and telematic instruments (including fax, telephone, with or without operator assistance, email, SMS and other computer systems and/or automated communications) and are in any event in place to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the data itself.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are not yet recorded, and for the data to be communicated to him/her in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain an indication:

a) of the origin of the personal data
b) of the purposes and methods of the data processing;
c) of the logic applied in the event of data processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
d) of the identifying essential elements of the data proprietor, the companies responsible for data management and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the parties or categories of parties to which the personal data may be communicated or which may know about them in the capacity of designated representative in the territory of the State, companies responsible for data management or agents.

a) the updating, adjustment or, where appropriate, expansion of the data; b) the deletion, conversion to anonymous data or freezing of data processed illegally, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations referred to under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or distributed, except in the event that such confirmation is impossible or involves a use of resources that is manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the data collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of dispatching advertising material or direct sale or in order to carry out market research or commercial communication.

2 - the provision of services for which recording is required (for example the after-sales assistance, product updates, etc.);
3 - commercial purposes such as offers, promotions or all other kinds of commercial initiatives of by them or by other operators;
