Grape: the most famous black grape variety of the island and Syrah 

Vineyards: in Olbia and Palau

Appellation: IGT Isola dei Nuraghi 

Ageing potential: high 


Fermentation: fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for approximately three weeks 

Ageing: 12 months in barriques and barrels


Tasting notes

Colour: dark ruby red with violet tinges 

Aroma: reveals a splendid fusion of ethereal and warmy notes with the occasional hint of black fruits, alcohol-soaked cherries, blackberry, myrtle, spices, eucalyptus, cocoa and briny notes 

Flavour: full-flavoured, warm, sapid with rich and concentrated ripened fruit and a fine tannic weave; the finish is long and persistent; great character


Serve at: 15/16 °C
