Grape: the most famous black grape variety of the island and Syrah 

Vineyards: in Olbia and Palau 

Appellation: IGT Isola dei Nuraghi 

Ageing potential: high 


Fermentation: fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for approximately three weeks

Ageing: 12 months in barriques and 12 months in barrels


Tasting notes

Colour: deep ruby red with bright violet tinges 

Aroma: great intensity and concentration; blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, juniper berries, mint, coffee and chocolate are distinguishable 

Flavour: full-flavoured, warm, round and fleshy; ripened fruit with a prolonged persistence on the palate, an enfolding finish backed by a great fabric and a fine tannic weave


Serve at: 15/16 °C
