There is something magical – and entirely fitting – about tasting a region’s wines alongside each other, comparing them as your gaze drifts across the neatly ordered rows of vines from which they were produced.
Each nuance of tone, aroma and taste resonates and is enhanced by the scents of the earth, the holm oaks and the wind drifting in from the sea. The tasting takes place in a dedicated area reserved for you where you can take in a spectacular and captivating view. Five glasses, introduced and described by our sommelier, will provide you with a sensory experience built up of unforgettable flavours, sensations, and feelings – all closely linked to the produce of our land.

This unforgettable experience begins with a guided tour of our vineyards, an exploration of the estate during which we will tell you more of its story and secrets. The tasting takes place on one of our most beautiful terraces, overlooking the vineyards and offering sweeping views across the countryside to the distant mountains. We will proudly present you with eight wines, including three of our finest vintages. Our sommelier will guide you step by step through this sensory journey, helping you savour every nuance and aroma. Each glass is paired with surprising local delicacies. Each wine we will offer you is selected based on availability and the perfection of its ageing process.

The culture of the vine and wines in Sardinia stretches back thousands of years; the people who built the stone nuraghe and crafted intricate bronze statuettes were already cultivating the vines used today in our wines; in this fascinating experience, we’ll take you to where it all began – our historic vineyard, grown on the land of our ancestors and ancient civilisation, where a timeless Nuraghe and a Giant’s Tomb still stand, the latter being the symbol of Capichera; after this moving experience, we’ll escort you among the scents and colours of the vineyards, up to the marvellous panoramic terraces shrouded in greenery; you will discover eight carefully selected wines from among our finest, each paired with local specialities; every sensation will be vivid and unforgettable – from the rustle of leaves in the still air to the sweet smell of oak and trees wafting across on the breeze; for the tasting, an entire panoramic terrace and our dedicated staff will be at the exclusive disposal of you and your group.
