One of Capichera's great challenges: to be the first to vinify Vermentino in barriques. After fermentation and refinement, VT is put on the market no earlier than two years after the harvest. In this way it can express its strong, unmistakable and deep character, so much so that it is often considered the most representative wine of the high quality of Capichera wines.
