Fermentation: in steel tanks at 16/18 °C for 4 weeks

Ageing: 6-8 months in new and semi-new barriques


Tasting notes

Colour: bright straw yellow with golden green tinges; slightly hazy

Aroma: intense opening with floral, honey, citrus, aromatic herbs, sea salt and lavender notes which alternate, merge and then reappear in harmonic sequence 

Flavour: full-flavoured, lively and complex; freshness, fruit and minerality create a single texture and give an entirety and an excellent persistent finish


Serve at: 8/10 °C
