Assajé
The aim of producing red wines to match its whites has led Capichera to select over the years the best-known indigenous black grape varieties of Sardinia. Thus, in 1997, Assajé was born: a blend of those indigenous grape varieties with a small percentage of Syrah. It is a desire fulfilled for an elegant and fragrant wine that nevertheless retains power, structure and identity.
Assajé means 'is something'.
